ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondent-Police to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.09.2015.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the same set of allegations, earlier the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 24.07.2015 and the said complaint had been assigned CSR.No.170 of 2015. After enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 16.08.2015. In fact, the petitioner had filed Crl.O.P.No.20598 of 2015 before this Court to direct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondent-Police to register the said complaint. This Court by order dated 18.08.2015 closed the said criminal original petition. Now, on the same set of allegations, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 08.09.2015. Thus, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed to grant direction to the respondent-Police.
3.The submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am of the opinion that it is not a fit case to direct the respondents-police to register the petitioner's complaint. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
