ORDER

The petitioner seeks for correction of A-register for the property, more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, through this Writ Petition.

2. The petitioner had given a representation, dated 27.06.2024 to the respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this Writ Petition in support of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.06.2024. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.

5. It is also represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner on 27.06.2024, the respondent has commenced an 2/5

enquiry and the next date of enquiry is fixed on 12.05.2026. In view of the same, no prejudice will be caused to the respondent if a direction is issued to the respondent to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.06.2024 after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.06.2024 seeking for correction of A-register as per the petitioner's representation after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
