O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register and investigate the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.03.2015.

In the petition, it is stated that the land measuring 4.38 acres in S.No.1/5C and 2.6 Acres in S.No.1/7 in all measuring 7.04 acres of Poovalai Village, Gummudipoondi taluk, Thiruvallur District, was purchased by one Shamsia Amir from Mr.K.A.Sheik Mohamed under a Deed of Sale registered as document No.1456/1993 on the file of Sub Registrar, Gummidipoondi. She has also obtained Patta, Chitta and Adangal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for the said land. The said Shamsia Amir, who is owner of the said property, appointed the petitioner as her power of attorney in respect of the said land on 29.12.2008 under a deed of General Power registered as document No.2623/2008 empowering him to develop, sell and to do other acts. In the month of February 2015, the petitioner gave an application to the Tahsildar, Gummidipoondi, to survey and lay boundary stones in the said land. Accordingly, survey was conducted and thereafter, some labourers were engaged for fencing the land. At that time, third parties prevented them in executing the same. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 11.03.2015. But, no action was taken till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered under Section 145 Cr.P.C. Thereafter, enquiry was conducted by the Revenue Divisional Officer and gave a finding that the land belongs to the temple.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in the present petition. Hence, recording the said submission, the present criminal original petition is closed.
