The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.10.2015.

2. In the petition, it is stated that due to previous enmity, the counter petitioners are pelting stones on the petitioner's house, in which the petitioner is residing. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint against one Rajasekaran, Venkatesan and another Venkatesan. Though the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 02.10.2015, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not cooperate with the enquiry.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and upon https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate for enquiry.
