The petitioner has come up with this Writ petition seeking quashment of the Award dated 13.11.2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, III Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.No.332 of 2010.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner management submitted that, during the pendency of the Writ petition, the petitioner-management entered into 18(1) settlement with the respondent / employee and the matter got settled in between the parties.
