This petition has been filed to call for the records comprised in the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 149/A3/2010/SW, dated 6.11.2012 and the consequential proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 149/A3/2012,63 dated 14.12.2012 ordering closure of the old age home run by the petitioner society and quash the same. 2.Pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court, the learned Advocate Commissioner was also present before this Court and he brought to the notice of this Court that already a report was filed in the year 2016 itself. A copy of the report along with the relevant documents was also placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
