The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 194(1) of BNS, 2023, r/w 296(b) and 103(1) of BNS, in Crime No.285 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. The second anticipatory bail petition preferred by the accused, who is arrayed as A5.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is an active participant in the crime and he has helped the murderer to escape from the scene of occurrence.

5. Considering the said fact, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
