This miscellaneous petition has been filed to restrain the Respondents from transferring the Petitioners to Urban Primary Health centre, coming under National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) from the post of Lab Technician Grade-III in Primary Health Centre, coming under the control of 2nd Respondent, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2. This miscellaneous petition is not maintainable and if the petitioners want to challenge their transfer, they can challenge the same by filing a fresh writ petition, if they are so advised.

3. In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
