ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to inspect the 7th respondent's poultry farm situated at S.No. 93/5, Kadampatti Village, Sengathurai , Sulur, Coimbatore District and file a report before this Court on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 to 6 would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2022, will be considered within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 to 6 and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 7th respondent, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
