CMP.Nos.12246 & 12247 of 2024 are filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner in CMP.No.6876 of 2020.

2. CMP.No.12248 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner in CMP.No.6876 of 2020.

3. CMP.Nos.12231 & 12235 of 2024 are filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner in CMP.No.6877 of 2020.

4. CMP.No.12238 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner in CMP.No.6877 of 2020.

5. CMP.Nos.12237 & 12240 of 2024 are filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner in CMP.No.6878 of 2020. V. SIVAGNANAM, J.

6. CMP.No.12241 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner in CMP.No.6877 of 2020.

7. Heard both sides and Mr.S.Chandrabose, learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated no objection for allowing the above petitions.

8. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. 20.06.2024.
