This petition has been filed to modify the extent of the land as 0.30 cents instead of 0.49 cents in the order passed in W.P.No.10494 of 2020, dated 28.04.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the extent of 0.49 cents shown in the prayer as well as in paragraphs Nos.1 and 3 of the order dated 28.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.10494 of 2022 shall stand corrected as 0.30 cents and the other portions of the order shall stand unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
