sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the EC Court NDPS Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.135 of 2023 on 19.08.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
