This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 19.12.2025 and

23.12.2025 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner on 19.12.2025 and 23.12.2025, after due enquiry by the 3rd respondent and also after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
