By this petition, the intending appellant seeks the condonation of the delay of 60 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 25.10.2024. Notice has been served on the contesting respondent and such respondent is represented by counsel.

2. In the affidavit in support of this petition, it is stated that serious and irreparable loss would be caused to the petitioner if the petition were to be rejected and that the delay in filing the appeal was inadvertent.

3. Although no substantial reason has been set out, considering the length of delay and other aspects, sufficient cause is shown. Therefore, this petition is allowed by condoning the delay of 60 days in filing the appeal. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
