ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in the First Information Report in Crime No.02/AC 2019/CC on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would produce an order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur, dated 16.04.2025, from which, it can be seen that already, a final report has been filed dropping all further proceedings and the same has been accepted by the Trial Court and the proceedings have already been closed.

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as having become infructuous.
