ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.08.2020 for the offence under Section 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 in Cr.No.247 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have been found in possession of 74 Kgs. of Ganja. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.6042 and 9391 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petitions.

5.Considering the commercial quantity of the contraband seized and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.6042 and 9391 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
