The instant application in A.No.2601 of 2023 has been filed to amend the name of the defendant as Vijay Antony Pictures instead of Vijay Antony Film Corporation Private Limited.

2. This amendment application has been filed by the plaintiff, based on the averments made by the respondent in his counter. Therefore, the amendment application is deserved to be allowed.

3. Accordingly, the amendment application in A.No.2601 of 2023 is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that in view of the urgency involved in this matter, the plaintiff may be permitted to carry out the amendment today (28.04.2023) itself.
