This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to authorize and empower, permit the third respondent to operate the bank accounts of Tamil Film Producers Council Welfare Trust to renew the Group Health Insurance Mediclaim Policy of Tamil Film Producers Council Members.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the order passed in Application No.1449 of 2020 in C.S.No.165 of 2019 dated 01.09.2020, this writ petition may be closed by recording the said statement.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said statement, the Writ Petition is closed at the admission stage itself. No costs.
