This writ petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 23.06.2021 issued by the first respondent, thereby closed the bank guarantees.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already been cancelled. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands
dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
