This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.131 of 2014 and to file the final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation in Crime No.131 of 2014 is almost over and if three months time is granted, the respondent Police will file the final report after getting approval from the Public Prosecutor.
4. Recording his submission, three months time is granted to the respondent Police to file final report in Crime No.131 of 2014 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
