ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.84 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.84 of 2022 on 15.02.2022, no final report is filed till date.

3.Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

5. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
