This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 13/07/2021.
2. The petitioner had sent a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Namakkal on 13.07.2021. On the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complaint given by one Priya @ Lalitha, the respondent police are forcing the petitioner to settle a sum of Rs.7,05,000/- to them, in the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner is not required for any further enquiry by the second respondent police.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
