Having considered the arguments advanced on 30.07.2025, a Coordinate Division Bench of this Court had directed stay of passing of final decree alone. 2.It is stated that an Advocate Commissioner had been appointed and he had inspected the property but he had not filed the report. Any grievance in this regard may be expressed before the Trial Court, but on that ground, the stay cannot be vacated. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. (C.V.K.,J.)
