ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner/A2 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (aaa) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.569 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of ID Arrack. Hence, the complaint was registered.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was found in possession of 110 litres of ID Arrack. He would further submit that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner had committed serious offence and that there is a previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
