ORDER
The petitioner seeks removal of the name of the 3rd respondent from the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and restore the original name of Madrasa Faizul Baqiyath.
2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
3. According to the petitioner, erroneously, in the TSLR, for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, the name of the 3rd respondent is mentioned instead of the name of Madrasa Faizul Baqiyath. The petitioner's representation, dated 11.02.2026 seeking removal of the name of the 3rd respondent from the TSLR is pending consideration by the 2nd respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation as stated Page No.2 of 4
supra on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.02.2026 seeking removal of the name of the 3rd respondent from the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, and to restore the original name of Madrasa Faizul Baqiyath, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
