O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case as per the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem, made in C.M.P.No.2909/2018 dated 09.05.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused person has cheated the petitioner and received a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- from the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156 Cr.P.C. and the same was taken on file in C.M.P.No.2909 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and in that petition, the Judicial Magistrate passed an order directing the petitioner to register a case, but, so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the said complaint is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem in C.M.P.No.2909 of 2018 dated 09.05.2018 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
