This Application in A.No.6270 of 2017 is filed seeking permission by the petitioner in the O.P./father to visit the child, S. Krishnavarshini.

2. It is represented by the respondent/mother that the child is studying in VII standard in "Shevaroys Valley Boarding School" (CBSE), Vazhavandi, Yercaud636601. It is stated that on every Sunday, there is a holiday for the school.

Consequently, the petitioner/father is to go to Yercaud. If he is interested in the child, he may be permitted to visit and meet the child on Sundays, but without affecting her studies and other co-curricular activities. He may be permitted to interact with the child for a period of four hours during the day time and also ensure that the custody of the child is once again handed back to the school authorities. He may not also take the child out of Yercaud. He can meet and interact wit the child either in the school premises or in and around Yercaud. Apart from the permission granted for Sundays, as a special permission, the petitioner/father is also permitted to visit the school on 18.10.2017 on Diwali day and interact and have a meeting with the child for a period of four hours. The restriction placed above not to take her out of Yercaud will also apply. However the petitioner is requested to enquire whether it is a school holiday on 18.10.2017 before going to Yercaud and insisting upon meeting the child. Before going to

Yercaud, the learned counsel for the petitioner may inform the learned counsel for the respondent sufficiently in advance so that either the respondent's counsel representing the respondent or the respondent may also be present at Yercaud during the period of visit Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The Original Petition is to be posted before the Master for continuation of trial on 24.10.2017. WITNESS THE HON'BLE MS.INDIRA BANERJEE, CHIEF JUSTICE, HIGH COURT AT MADRAS AFORESAID, THIS THE 13th DAY OF OCTOBER 2017.
