Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Certiorari fied Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to the Order passed by him in proceedings Order No.S.1(1)/27000/201592 dated 11.08.2015 and to quash the above said proceedings and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent not to disturb the petitioner from the present place of transfer as he is due to retire on 31.07.2016.

ORDER

Seeking to quash the impugned order of transfer passed by the 1st respondent and for a consequential relief, the petitioner is now before this court with this writ petition.

2. Today, when the writ petition came up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner wrote a letter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

[dated 17.08.2015] to him instructing to withdrawn the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel has produced a Xerox copy of the said letter for a perusal. The said letter is placed on record.

3. Recording the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected MP are closed.
