This petition is filed with a prayer to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 7/AC/2019/CC-I.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent produced the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur, whereby the final report dropping further action was accepted by the Trial Court and the FIR has already been closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.No. 7856 of 2025 is also closed. No costs.
