The Application in A.No.2226 of 2020 has been filed permit the applicant to file an application to add the names of the legal representatives of the deceased second defendant as defendants in the suit, A.Nos.2227 and 2228 of 2020 have been filed to direct the third defendant to furnish the details of the address of the deceased second defendant and the legal representatives of the deceased second defendant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents filed a counter furnishing the details sought by the applicant.

3. In view of the same, no further Orders is required in applications in A.Nos.2227 and 2228 of 2020 and applications in A.Nos.2227 and 2228 of 2020 are closed.

4. The application in A.No.2227 of 2020 is Ordered as prayed for.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that they have given up R1 and R2.

6. The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is recorded.
