ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed with a prayer to call for the records in Crime No.10 of 2020 dated 30.10.2020 on the file of the respondent Page No.1 of 4
and quash the same.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that in this case, after registering the First Information Report, 12 witnesses were examined and 16 documents were collected. However, it is seen that the materials collected are not enough to proceed with the prosecution and therefore, final report was filed dropping further action and recommending departmental action against the petitioners. RCS notice in No.200/2025 dated 15.03.2025 was also served on the petitioner
3. In view thereof, when the final report is said to have filed on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the associated miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.06.2025 Jer Page No.2 of 4
