Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third and fourth respondents respectively in relation to the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.7/73438/2000 dated 12.04.2001 and in P.M.(W9) 18573/2004 dated 31.03.2004 issued by the third respondent and in AG(A&E)/PENSION PO9/5/A129-1454/R.T.D./2004-2005 dated 24.03.2005 issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the pay of the petitioner at Rs.1760/- in the scale of pay of Rs.1640-2900 with effect from 1.06.88 and fix the petitioner's pay at Rs.8275/- in the scale of

pay of Rs.8000-13500/- as on 1.1.1996 and fix last drawn pay on said basis on 31.3.2004 and fix the pension and arrears of pension and to grant the amount of gratuity of Rs.2,12,273/- with interest at 18% per annum to the petitioner. ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for in the writ petition has been granted and therefore, he would submit that this writ petition has become infructuous. 2.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent has also produced an annexure before this Court wherein it is stated that the prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition has been fully considered.
