Since, there is no much progress in the investigation and the final report is also yet to be filed, the petition has filed this petition seeking to transfer of investigation. Further taking into account of the fact that the complaint is pending from 2016 onwards. It would be appropriate to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file the Final report within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Such an investigation shall be monitored by the Superintendent of police, Traffic police Station, ( south),Pondicherry.
