The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to appoint a special officer to investigate and make enquiry as regards petitioner son minor Sivaraman fatal accident and death in the campus of Genghee Raja Desingu Government Higher Secondary School at Genghee on 18.07.2018 and submit a report before this Hon'ble Court and adequately compensating petitioner by disposing petitioner representation dated 12.08.2018 address to respondents.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 20.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 27.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 27.07.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 29.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
