ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No.11 of 2020 dated 30.10.2020 on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, already investigation is complete and final report is filed in R.C.S.No.204 of 2025 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore and the same is under consideration. 2/4
3. In view thereof, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this Criminal O.P and as such, the same is closed with a request to the trial Court to consider the said closure report as expeditiously as possible on its own merits and in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
