ORDER

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, Mr.Selvendran would submit that the illegal construction, put up by the review petitioner, was demolished by the authority and possession had been taken by the Department of Tourism, Government of Tamil Nadu.

3. The writ appeal was dismissed confirming the orders passed in the writ petition. We do not find any error apparent warranting interference. The grounds raised on merits need not be adjudicated in the present review application.

4. Thus, the review application stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
