Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records of the impugned order of the 3rd respondent under reference No. PU/ACA/Aca-6/2/17-18/Students' Council/74 dated 21.09.2017 issued on 05.10.2017, published in the official website on 06.10.2017, by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as violative of clause 6.5.2 of the report of the Committee issued by the 1st respondent as per the direction of the Honourable Supreme Court.

This writ petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records of the impugned order of the 3rd respondent under reference No. PU/ACA/Aca-6/2/1718/Students' Council/74 dated 21.09.2017 issued on 05.10.2017, published in teh official website on 06.10.2017, by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as violative of clause 6.5.2 of the report of the Committee issued by the 1st respondent as per the direction of the Honourable Supreme Court. 2.

This Court, by way of an interim order, had permitted the petitioner to participate in the election to the Students' Council, held on 11.10.2017 and it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got elected and as such, nothing survives to be decided in the writ petition.
