Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the 2nd respondent records in Letter No. SAMB/CLO-I/623, dated 02/07/2015 pertaining to the rejection of the One Time Settlement and quash the same and extend the time to comply the One Time Settlement dated 30/12/2014 & 04/02/2015 and consequentially direct the 4th Respondent to approve the One Time Settlement approved by the Respondents 2 and 3 dated 30/12/2014 & 04/02/2015

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate forum and has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

" May be permitted to withdraw with liberty to raise all issues before the appropriate forum under RDDBFI Act and SARFAESI Act.."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised, under the provisions of law. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
