O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.08.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the false promise given by the accused, the petitioner has constructed a house for the accused by spending a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-. But, subsequently, the accused refused to pay the said amount and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 24.08.2018 before the respondent, but, so far no action has been taken.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the said complaint, CSR.No.458 of 2018 was issued and the enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 31.08.2018.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
