Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 herein to dispose the representation dated 28.12.2018 and also the representation dated 20.04.2019 with reference to the proceeding of the 6th respondent under Na.Ka.No.06/A2/2218 dated 04.01.2019 within the stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 herein to dispose the representation dated 28.12.2018 and also the representation dated 20.04.2019 with reference to the proceeding of the sixth respondent under Na.Ka.No.06/A2/2218 dated 04.01.2019 within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as BT Assistant in Telugu Medium School and he is fully eligible and entitled to be promoted as Headmaster and his name was also included in the seniority list. Hence, he made representation to the respondents, however, the said representation was not considered. Hence, this writ petition.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made several representations to the respondents and the last of such representation is dated 28.12.2018 and would further submit that he himself has made representation dated 20.04.2019 to the respondents on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2018 and his representation dated 20.04.2019 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2018 and the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on petitioner's behalf dated 20.04.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible.
