(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The premises have been sealed on 17.02.2016. In so far as the modified plan submitted by the 8th respondent is concerned, the personal hearing is stated to have been scheduled for 07.03.2016.

2. We may note that there is a change of vakalat qua the 8th respondent and the name of the earlier counsel be deleted and the new counsel be inserted in the cause list.

3. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required except that the respondents will proceed in accordance with law qua the buildings in question. 4.The writ petition stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
