C.M.P.Nos.10047, 10054, 10060, 10048, 10051 & 10052 of in S.A.No.865 of 2010 P.T.ASHA, J., The above applications have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 15th and 4th respondents and to bring on record their legal heirs as respondents in S.A.No.865 of 2010.

2. The proposed parties and the other counsels have been served on the last occasion i.e., 14.06.2021. This Court had granted sufficient time to enable the proposed parties to enter appearance either in person or through counsel. However, none have entered appearance.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given the applications are ordered as prayed for.
