(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue Hindu Kattunayakan, Schedule Tribe Community Certificate to the petitioner's children, M.Guruprasath and M.Shalini based on her community certificate and order passed by the Tamil Nadu State Level Scrutiny Committee in Proceedings No.20225/CV-2(1)2017-5 dated 17.09.201 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that during the pendency of the writ petition, the claim of the petitioner is rejected and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of rejection. 3.Accordingly, granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
