ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed with a prayer to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 10 of 2018, dated 29.08.2018.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed, and the final report has been filed stating that there is no material against the petitioner to proceed further in R.C.S No. 201 of 2025.

3. In view thereof, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. The Trial Court shall consider the final report on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.No. 7835 of 2025 is also closed. No costs. 13.06.2025 nsl 2/3
