ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to disburse the annual salary increments and to calculate and pay all the arrears of annual

salary increments with all attendant benefits to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that pending Writ Petition, the petitioner was dismissed from service vide letter dated 14.11.2022 and therefore, he seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner had already been dismissed from service, the petitioner is not entitled for the claim made in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
