O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a detailed enquiry with regard to the appointment made to the post of Organizers in A.C.Nagar Anganvadi Centre in Kangayam Block, Kangayam Taluk, Tiruppur District and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner for the post of Anganvadi Organizer in A.C. Nagar Anganvadi Centre in Kangayam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

On the face of the records, this Court is of the view that the prayer made in the writ petition is wholly misconceived and not entertainable for the reason that the petitioner has approached this court challenging the correctness of the order appointing the 4th respondent as Anganvadi Organizer in A.C. Nagar Anganvadi Centre in Kangayam Block, Kangayam Taluk, Tiruppur District, without filing the order of appointment issued to the 4th respondent which is prerequisite for filing the writ petition. Therefore, this Court is not in a position to appreciate the merits based on which the 4th respondent has been appointed as Anganvadi Organizer. Further, the petitioner has also in her affidavit filed in support of the writ petition pleaded that he could not get the order of appointment made in respect of the 4th respondent. For all the reasons stated above, I find no merit in the present Writ Petition. 5.

In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
