The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in D.V.A. No.88 of 2013 on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and set aside the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint filed by the first respondent herein under the Domestic Violence Act in D.V.A. No.88 of 2013 before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai has been dismissed as withdrawn on 16.11.2017.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition has become infructuous and accordingly closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
