Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the Executive Officer, Karurnguzhi Town Panchayat/ 3rd respondent had granted building plan approval for constructing the house vide order dated 01.08.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the same and submitted that the petitioner had accepted the said order vide letter dated 01.08.2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for herein has become infructuous.
