ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11477 of 2020, dated 03.08.2020, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
