ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 12.05.2021 for the offence under Sections 392, 302 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.99 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have committed murder of the deceased. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in the case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the deceased is the relative of the petitioner and further submitted that this is a murder for gain and further submitted that investigation reveals that the petitioner has brutally killed the deceased. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
